  • A 12 Hour Day (11a.m. - 11p.m.) 

  • 1 hour onsite Rehearsal in the days leading up to your event (if desired, subject to availability)

  • Wrap-around deck

  • Yard and Grounds facing river and mountains

  • 2 rustic, Handmade Spool tables (6ft diameter) 

  • White Party Lights that wrap around deck (+ 3 Strands over Yard to River, if desired)

  • 10 Outside Wooden Tables with detached Benches​

  • 4 Wine Barrels for use as decor or cocktail-height tables

 

 

A $500 Date Holding Fee is required to reserve your event date.

Back Bedrooms and River Living Room - $300 (limited availability)

  • 2 Cozy Bedrooms/ One 1 Slate Double Shower Bathroom/ 1 Magnificent Living Room

  • Perfect for wedding party changing and gathering

  • Located downstairs, behind the main tavern room and connects with kitchen and wrap around deck

  • Overlooks the river and wedding site

 

Service Porch - $300

  • Includes a service porch for grilling, heating and serving food

  • Contains 1 large gas grill and 2 large stainless steel serving counters

  • Adjacent to the wrap around deck and Main Tavern Room​

 

Rustic Covered Wooden Yard Shelter - $300

  • Covered wooden shed great for serving food and drinks outdoors in the yard​

 

Cafe Espresso Service - Ask for a quote

  • Full service café with a barista 

  • Open tab or flat rate fee payment options 

  • Drinks available include: americanos, lattes, cappuccinos and more!
